Custom Home Portrait Art

• Please allow 1–3 weeks for the creation of your artwork from the date of order confirmation.
  
  
• Once your artwork is complete, you’ll receive a preview via email to review.
  
  
• Artwork is shipped after you have approved the preview.
  
  
• Shipping is free to New Zealand and Australia.
  
  
• Please note: I do not deliver internationally at this moment. This restriction is in place until further notice.

Fine Art Prints

• Prints are shipped within three business days.
  
  
• Shipping is free to New Zealand and Australia. For other countries (except the United States), shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  
  
• Currently, I do not deliver to the United States.

Digital Artwork

• Download links are provided immediately after payment and by email.
  
  
• No shipping fees apply.

• Processing times may vary with demand, but I am committed to sending your prints promptly and with care.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact me right away for a replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges

• Unsatisfied with your art prints? Contact me within 7 days of receiving them for advice on returns or exchanges (for damages/defects only).
  
  
• Custom artwork cannot be refunded or exchanged.
